Active MedAlert provides personal emergency response system devices and associated monitoring support services for eligible users in the United States. Services are designed to help users connect to monitoring support when they need assistance.
Not a Substitute for 911
Our services are not a substitute for calling 911 in a life-threatening emergency. If you are able to call 911 directly, please do so immediately.
Eligibility
Products and services are intended for adult use in the United States. By purchasing or using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 or acting on behalf of an eligible adult.
Device and Service Availability
Device availability, features, plan options, monitoring support, cellular coverage, GPS availability, and service area support may vary and are subject to change.
Monitoring Limitations
Monitoring support is not a guarantee of emergency response, response time, or outcome. Response times may vary due to technical, geographic, staffing, network, and emergency-service factors.
Fall Detection Limitations
Fall detection technology may not detect every fall. Accuracy can depend on fall type, device placement, body position, movement speed, and surrounding conditions.
Payment and Billing
Billing terms are determined by your selected plan and disclosed before purchase. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges according to your plan terms.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable plan terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Active MedAlert is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to device or service use.
